Meet The Team
I am the founder of Enjoy2swim and have been a swimming instructor for over 20 years, and trained and competed as a squad member in my early years . As a Dyslexic, I fully understand that no one person learns the same way, therefore together we will adapt to support the way our clients want to learn.
I have a real passion to teach and to help others to swim many of whom may have previously had a bad experience or built up a fear.
I have taught swimming in a wide-range of Leisure facilities, swimming Clubs and large well known 5 star hotel chains in London and Brighton, and locally here in Jersey
I have club coach experience and have trained junior squads to competition level and can offer additional stroke technique for all abilities.
Jo is our Office Administrator and has been part of Enjoy2swim since our Mayfair days where I taught both her boys to swim. She is an enormous support and good friend to me and I was delighted when she took the reins as Administrator in 2014.
Jo brings with her a background in administration, in both finance and the charitable sector. Whilst Nicky the public face of Enjoy2swim Jo is the person behind the scenes who ensures that everything runs smoothly.
When you make initial contact with us Jo will be delighted to guide you through our easy booking system and is your first port of call for any further queries you may have regarding your bookings.
Jo is also the founder of Philip’s Footprints (www.philipsfootprints.org) following her own experience of the full term loss of her second son Philip. Her charity not only supports parents following the loss of their baby, but also invests in every pregnancy to reduce the numbers of stillbirths and premature births and complications at birth.
It is my pleasure to support both Jo and Philip’s Footprints whenever I can.
